The quality management service provided is organised according to the project and comprises, in addition to the initial assessment of requirements, the planning, configuration, implementation and - if requested - the subsequent supervision of a process-oriented and customised quality management system.

The assessment of requirements is carried in cooperation with you and your employees out on hand of your company's aims, the products and services you offer, your potential customers and the legal requirements. 
The project-oriented organisation includes, amongst others, an analysis of the actual state, a comparison of the actual and the target state, the creation of a project plan, the definition of milestones, a time and resources plan as well as the target definition, supervision and implementation of the project. 

The following services form the basis of the consultancy and the implementation of quality management systems:

  • Personal discussion with you on your premises including the presentation of the consultancy offer
  • Your expectations as a potential client
  • What is already on hand in your company
  • Assessment of the "chemistry" between us, as it is a prerequisite for a cooperation based on trust
  • Preparation of an offer/package deal (up to this point free of charge for you).

Steps following the placement of an order:

  • Introductory presentation for all employees
  • Preparation of a quality management project plan
  • Review of the documents (analysis of the actual state),
  • Determination of the relevant processes
  • Preparation of a quality management handbook
  • Binding implementation of the process described
  • Preliminary audit, auditing of the quality management system
    and, if necessary or requested:
  • Preparation for certification and organisation of the certification

The contractual agreement particularly covers non-disclosure - apart from the precise conceptual formulation.
