Your quality management system must be adapted to suit these changes in documentation and practice, e.g.:

  • Changes in the quality management handbook
  • Updating of the description of procedures and processes
  • Document management
  • Practical implementation
  • Corresponding training of the employees

Experience has shown, that the tasks to be carried out by employees in small and medium-sized companies cannot always be accomplished in the time allocated alongside the day-to-day business.
